These terms apply to businesses using PaperPing, a service of Pens n Papers.
The service
PaperPing lets your business send and receive WhatsApp messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Features depend on your plan.
Your responsibilities
- Follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies and Meta's terms.
- Message only people who have agreed to hear from your business, and honour opt-out requests.
- Keep your PIN and devices secure. You are responsible for activity under your logins.
- Do not send unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
Charges
- Plan fees and charges are shown in your portal and are exclusive of GST. GST is added to every payment.
- Plan fees are paid in advance, monthly or yearly. Sending works only while your plan is paid (or during a free trial).
- Unless agreed otherwise, WhatsApp's own message charges are not included in our fees. Meta charges them as per Meta's price list and bills them directly to the payment method on your WhatsApp account.
- The rules for plans and the wallet are listed at the end of these terms.
Availability
We work to keep PaperPing available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. WhatsApp may block or limit numbers that break its policies; we are not responsible for Meta's decisions.
Suspension and closing
We may suspend accounts that break these terms or leave charges unpaid. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Plan and wallet rules
- Plan fees are paid directly, monthly or yearly, and are not refundable. A cancellation or downgrade takes effect when the paid period ends.
- Free messages and usage limits reset every month, also on yearly plans.
- When the plan or free trial expires without payment, all sending pauses until the plan is paid.
- The wallet pays only for messages beyond your plan's free limits and for extra usage beyond your plan limits. Plan fees are paid separately.
- The maximum wallet balance is ₹1,000.
- If your plan expires, sending pauses and your wallet balance is kept for 30 days. Renew within 30 days to use it again. After that the balance expires and cannot be used or refunded.
- Plan fees and wallet recharges are not refundable.
- Usage beyond plan limits (such as automated replies and API calls) is charged from the wallet at the prices shown in your portal.
- Plan fees and wallet charges are for PaperPing only. WhatsApp's own message charges are paid to Meta as per Meta's price list, billed directly to the payment method on your WhatsApp account.
